• Own the paid digital strategy and deployment across channels for the specified markets.

What You'll Need :
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in performance marketing.
• Hands-on operational paid search experience essential.
• Shown experience optimizing paid media to defined critical metrics.
• 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role executing campaigns across multiple geographies.
• Experience in using bid management tools, Search Ads 360 preferable.
• Experience working across a combination of the following channels is advantageous : Paid Social, Programmatic, Native or Remarketing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to manipulate and analyse large data sets.
• Ability to be a hands-on operator who can quickly switch between strategy and execution.
• Experience using website analytics tools (i.e. Omniture, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Experience using data visualization tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau etc.).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven quantitative / analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills comfortable liaising with all management levels internally, as well as with external vendors.
• Demonstrated ability and experience in managing projects (writing business requirements, running roadmap, and championing projects) from inception to implementation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Ability to work reliably within and across teams and to function well in a large and global environment.
• Proficiency in English required. Other languages are a bonus.
