Our team at Thunder Audio is hiring! We are currently looking for an Office Coordinator for our Detroit, MI office. This is a great opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact at a fast-growing company! This role will help manager and oversee office and people functions at our Detroit office.

Role Responsibilities
• Act as main on-site contact, being available to answer phones an assist vendor daily and customers daily.
• Oversee and approve office supply purchases including but not limited to office supplies, kitchen supplies and office grocery items.
• Monitor and escalate on-site HR issues on an as needed basis.
• Create agenda for and lead staff meetings.
• Manage on-site access and security, including monitoring alarm codes and other access.
• Update internal Detroit and company production calendar on program details including ITP Live staff, freelance staff, and vendors.
• Coordinator crew and staff travel for program of 15+ travelers through our travel vendor.
• Plan and implement team building and recognition activities for office staff.
• Liaise with building management on office repairs, general maintenance and cleaning services.
• Troubleshoot IT issues as needed with Manager of IT and/or local internet provider.
• Act as executive assistant to office leadership when needed, managing personal travel, calendar appointments and company expenses.
• Assist with data entry in various company systems.
• Cross-train to cover various positions and functions present at ITP Live on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications
• Work experience (minimum 3 years) in an administration and/or office administrative position.
• Preferably experience working in a small office doing multiple duties
• Experience working in a construction or warehouse environment.
• Experience booking travel requests a plus.
• Enjoys working with people of all skill levels and backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong communication skills and follow-up skills via phone, email or in-person communication.
• Positive attitude, someone to strives to make employees’ daily experience more productive and enjoyable.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
