Position
The Marketing Content Producer serves as a liaison between Marketing, Production, and the Edutainer Team. This person’s focus is to produce content that is appropriate for the ITProTV and ACI Learning YouTubes channels as a top-of-the-funnel marketing strategy to garner views and subscribers organically. Metrics associated with our YouTube channels will be the primary criterion to measure the effectiveness of this position (e.g. subscriber growth and views). This person will be the primary resource for marketing content creation and will create and maintain processes. This person will also be an active member of the marketing team, contributing to ACI Learning’s overall marketing strategy, ideation, and project management/execution.
Responsibilities
• Schedule, record, and edit videos for YouTube playlists like Windows 10: How To, Apple: How To, and Cybersecurity
• Work with Edutainers and other talent to ensure quality of YouTube content
• Create and enforce guidelines/templates/graphics usage for consistent branding
• Research keyword strategies
• PM the development of YouTube serials
• Meet with Edutainers and other content producers in groups or 1:1 to ideate
• Meet with ACI Learning marketing category leads to ideate
• Record, edit, and post one video per day
• Create thumbnails and end-screens
• Serve as back-up to the production team for Webinars and special events
• Direct and edit weekly tech podcast
• Be the eyes and ears of marketing in the studios for events like Game Shows and Specials
• Ensure content has clear goals and relevant calls-to-action
• Track and report YT metrics to marketing and edutainer team
• Other activities as assigned
