Your mission
We're looking for an enthusiastic Country Manager in the USA to join us and be fully responsible for expanding our influence in the US market by leveraging his/her network, activating appropriate growth channels, and putting in place any other required marketing strategy to ensure the success of our brand. You'll report directly to our CEO.
You will be in charge of the following:
- Defining and implementing guidelines on growth-hacking-related operations;
- Ensuring growth in the market by activating appropriate channels (i.e., sponsorships, advertising and e-mail campaigns, SEO, organic social media, affiliate marketing strategies, content marketing activities, and customer referrals);
- Relying on and leveraging your network in the targeted market to increase awareness of our brand and boost sales;
- Providing metrics and data on the evolution of our brand’s expansion in the country, tracking the pipelines, developing and communicating accurate forecasts to the CEO and to other C-levels;

Requirements

• Sound knowledge of at least one programming language, ideally Python;

Location
At iubenda we believe in full-remote. Accordingly, you will be completely free and entitled to work from wherever you prefer in the world.
At the same time, at your disposal, you have our Bologna and Milan offices. Both are incredibly nice places to work from, located in the center of their respective cities. In case you would prefer to work from one of our offices and not remotely, we are currently offering a hybrid work model, to give you the chance for our colleagues to work from one of our offices up to 2 days per week.
