• Leadgrow, and mentor a team of PMs and APMs
• Work with stakeholders across the company incluiding the founders, understanding their requirements and business objetives.
• Define OKRs for Administrative & Backend tools and products.
• Identify and act on future opportunities or IP creation
• Tie together numerous sophisticated backend systems to operate more efficiently
• Manage the full lifecycle of product development (from concept to execution, including AB testing and Metrics Tracking)

• 2+ years working as a Product Manager or Sr. Product Manager
• Ability to clearly articulate intent and strategic rationable
• Familiarity and experience with standard prototyping tools, such as Figma, Miro, Whimsical and Invision.

What would you do?
• Research and evaluate new products for potential destinations and increase our current portfolio.
• Process and analyze orders of the eProducts in order to find improvement opportunities and create the necessary documentation to register the important findings.
• Support the area manager in collecting information and creating reports to visualize the general performance of the Business Development area.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of KPIs for the main processes at the inside of the Business Development area.
• Identify bottlenecks for the eProducts launch process and the updating of information to facilitate the content creation.
• Track the main projects to ensure the accomplishment of due dates and coordinate with areas involved to achieve the goals.
• Develop procedure guides (SOPs, Manuals, Trainings, PPTs, etc) for the main processes and projects to reach higher quality standards.
• Previous coordination with area manager, monitor the accuracy and quality of the information provided by every team member.
• Together with the area manager, look for new partners to create profitable alliances for the business.
• Together with the area manager, review and evaluate the performance of the partner products constantly.
• Map every phase of the launch process for the partnerships.

What would you do?
• Increase the throughput of order processing while minimizing costs, and increase the speed to create and update applications while meeting or exceeding today's accuracy standards
• Work closely with Operations teams to optimize speed, efficiency and accuracy for processing orders
• Work closely with Business Operations teams to optimize speed, efficiency and accuracy for updating and creating applications for all products
• Introduce more and/or new automated processes and tools to achieve objectives
• Work closely with BI/Data product to ensure data and insights are available and actioned upon routinely
• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of PMs and APMs
• Define OKRs for Administrative & Backend tools and products
• Manage the full lifecycle of product development (from concept to execution, including AB Testing and Metrics Tracking).
What are we looking for?
• 5+ years working as a Product Manager or Sr. Product Manager.
• Ability to clearly articulate intent and strategic rationale.
• Battle-tested product management skills like story and PRD writing, stakeholder management and similar
• Familiarity and experience with standard prototyping tools, such as Figma, Miro, Whimsical, and Invision.
• Proven experience in leading, growing and inspiring highly talented and productive product teams.
• Deep experience in product development and optimization.
• User-driven mindset while driving company objectives.
