We are looking for a Product Manager who leads the product strategy for how Jama Software wins in the market, prioritizes what gets built, and what defines success. The Product Manager focuses on long-running product initiatives but shares ownership of the product and leads the business constraints to their initiatives. What You'll Do:

What You'll Bring:
• 3 to 5 years of software product management experience.
• Experience working iteratively in an agile or lean environment, and able to break down large problems into smaller valuable increments.
• Demonstrated, measurable success in launching and managing innovative products or product features to drive customer delight and revenue growth.
• Excels working self-directed, within a fast-paced environment – individually, in small teams, or across functional groups.
• Understanding of technical integrations between SaaS applications, including third-party tools/services that can accelerate innovation initiatives.

The Revenue Operations Specialist drives the sales quote creation process, providing consultation to internal teams, developing sales quotes in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and ensuring a smooth and timely execution of the quoting process. This role will liaison with Jama Software’s Order Management (OM), Sales and Customer Success (CSM) and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, aiding them in achieving financial targets, and is an essential role in their success.
What You'll Do:
• Provide consultation on sales quoting process and considerations to internal teams, quotes, assist with processing renewals and obtaining/reviewing purchase orders, and ensure sales order readiness for processing
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success personnel in accurate quote creation and order submission via direct and/or indirect channels
• Execute quote creation process to allow GTM teams to focus on new business by gathering requirements from Sales and CSM’s for renewal, expansion & upsell opportunities; calculating and validate challenging quoting scenarios including multidate co-terms, staggered deployments, module/feature upgrades with product dependencies; and securing necessary internal approvals from cross functional teams
• Coordinate with Revenue Operations, Sales and CSM teams to create more complex quotes and/or work through one-off customer quoting challenges/requests while remaining in compliance with company booking/revenue policies
• Research and analyze customer license purchase and renewal history and make recommendations based on prior activity
• Understand customer contracts and agreements, as well as internal systems, to confirm quotes meet quoting requirements
• Assist in audit/review of sales database information, identifying and eliminating duplicates, inaccurate information, and irrelevant contacts, ensuring system integrity
• Partner with Revenue Ops and Order Admin to ensure that orders are booked correctly and in a timely fashion
• Work extensively in sales software tools and develop extensive quoting expertise; ensure quotes are created in accordance with any contracts or legal agreements and company policies
• Manage quote version control with high quality accuracy

The Revenue Operations Specialist drives the sales quote creation process, providing consultation to internal teams, developing sales quotes in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and ensuring a smooth and timely execution of the quoting process. This role will liaison with Jama Software’s Order Management (OM), Sales and Customer Success (CSM) and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, aiding them in achieving financial targets, and is an essential role in their success.
What You'll Do:
• Provide consultation on sales quoting process and considerations to internal teams, quotes, assist with processing renewals and obtaining/reviewing purchase orders, and ensure sales order readiness for processing
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success personnel in accurate quote creation and order submission via direct and/or indirect channels
• Execute quote creation process to allow GTM teams to focus on new business by gathering requirements from Sales and CSM’s for renewal, expansion & upsell opportunities; calculating and validate challenging quoting scenarios including multidate co-terms, staggered deployments, module/feature upgrades with product dependencies; and securing necessary internal approvals from cross functional teams

The Director, Automotive and Semiconductor Solution is responsible for leading a team of consultants focusing on the initial and ongoing customer success with Jama Software’s solutions and software. The team will work on a portfolio of automotive and semiconductor customers ensuring they achieve sustained value from Jama Software. The Director role is committed to improving the performance of the engineering function within the automotive supply chain (OEMs, tier 1s, semiconductors, etc.)
What You'll Do:
• Lead the professional services consultants who deliver the offerings that customers purchase with their Jama Connect Success Program. This includes career mentorship, mitigating advanced customer issues, and building the team as the company scales.
• Work with C-level and vertical sales leadership to drive Automotive / Semiconductor business strategy.
• Work collaboratively with Solution department leadership on critical metrics, data-driven decisions, and business unit processes to scale the business performance.
• Own the Automotive / Semiconductor solution offerings roadmap working with the go-to-market teams on launching new solutions and services.
• Proactively own and lead strategic customer relationships; find and engage with engineering leaders responsible for process outcomes and help drive performance improvement through Jama Software’s products and solutions.
• Work with leadership teams across department boundaries internally to proactively manage customer risk.
• Act as subject matter expert in our products and offerings, specifically the Automotive solution that aligns Jama Connect to ISO26262 and Automotive SPICE.
• Support the Product and Marketing team in launching new products and service offerings for the automotive vertical.
• Work directly with clients on measuring engineering process improvement through our Traceability Score and Benchmarking services.
• Identify industry trends and drive decisions for how Jama Connect Automotive solution should be improved including additional services offerings, benchmarks, and reports.
• Serve as the key strategic feedback to the product roadmap; responsible for the business reason and example customer need documentation working with Product & Engineering leadership.
What You'll Bring:
• 10+ years of external client-facing consulting experience.
• Experience leading the deployment of software solutions to end-users with a particular view toward adoption and expansion.
• Previous experience operating as a Consulting Manager, Process Consultant, Systems Engineer, Requirements Manager, and Product Manager.
• Knowledge and direct experience with system engineering, requirements management, test management, and functional safety methodologies in the automotive industry.
