• PROVIDE HANDS-ON SUPPORT with planning and booking creative projects and travel (such as photo shoots, video shoots and speaking events...
• TRACK & UPDATE PROJECTS including but not limited to writing, offering edit notes, and creating tasks and project plans as well as communicating with the team to disseminate information.
• CREATE INSTRUCTIONAL MARKETING CONTENT for our users so knowledge of social media marketing is a MUST!
• OVERSEE ALL WRITTEN, VIDEO AND AUDIO CONTENT PRODUCTION business objectives with a focus across the buyer's journey.
• MANAGE CALENDARS and events for multiple people on the team.
• MANAGE TIMELINES to ensure we stay on track in a given timeline.
• DESIGN, TEST, AND SCALE BEST-IN-CLASS CONTENT INITIATIVES that directly impact nurturing, conversion, and retention across the customer journey.
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK A MINIMUM OF 6 HOURS PER DAY between the hours of 8am to 6pm PST, five days a week for maximized communication and team collaboration.
• Experience managing administrative social media and video production tasks.
• Experience with Digital and Social Media Marketing.
• 3+ years experience as an executive assistant to a department head or C-team executive.
• Experience working on a remote team.
• Top-level organizational skills (you have a million folders you file emails into).
• Previous experience as an executive assistant working directly with a CEO or other C-Suite Executive.
• Prior experience booking travel, managing calendars, and executing other administrative tasks.
• Proficiency preferred in Asana, Slack, G-Mail, etc.
• Respectful of confidential information shared with you and remain gossip-free with the team.
• You’re a born GO GETTER – always looking for ways to add value, do better work, improve efficiencies, build others up, and make the world a better place.
• An open mind to feedback and guidance.
• Commitment and adherence to deadlines.
