WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Sample Coordinator provides direct support to cross functional teams to facilitate and coordinate all the pre-production samples received and deliver them to their respective parties quickly and efficiently. This includes but is not limited to factory sample order management, product information and specification cataloging, outbound sample processing, inspecting inbound product to ensure everything arrived as ordered and other duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Be the main point of contact for the receipt of samples from overseas factories as well as other offices
• Catalog and document receipt of each pre-production sample received
• Coordinate with digital imaging dept for the approved samples to be photographed
• As needed, arrange to pull production samples and supply for executive requests
• Organize the sample room according to Product Development team plan (season, etc)
• Other Duties as Assigned

As Brand Manager, you will be the champion, primary catalyst and ultimate authority for assigned brands within our well-established and growing Vehicles, Action Figures, Collectibles and Accessories division, working with popular brands everyone loves like Star Wars, Halo, AEW, Call of Duty! You will be the key architect in developing and driving the overall brand vision, while leading a high-performing cross-functional team to execute that vision and achieve meaningful results. What you will do:
• Work collaboratively with product design, packaging design, marketing, licensing, and other internal team partners to create a product that is the best fit for the brand
• Assist and collaborate with Product Development Managers through all aspects of product development, from concept to market and ensure that concept phase and production phases align
• Utilize project management software for assigned projects
• Manage licensing portal submissions and work with the internal team to ensure timely brand compliance
• Help coordinate design approvals with respective licensors and/or stake holders throughout the development process

The Director of Product Integrity is involved early in the design phase to provide specific input, identify product quality and safety issues that may affect feasibility decisions. Their involvement continuous throughout the development cycle and well into production by providing appropriate feedback, recommending design alternatives, evaluating product for potential performance, reliability, or safety issues as well as monitoring consumer feeding back for potential product improvements.
The Director of Product Integrity requires a working knowledge of existing worldwide toy safety regulations as well as own internal Standard Operating Procedures and performance and reliability guidelines and must stay abreast of regulatory developments to and make appropriate recommendations to their teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Identify and communicate significant quality or safety related issues to the cross functional team at all phases of the product development cycle.
• Develop and maintain a product specification that integrate performance, reliability, and global safety requirements, and that considers team’s cost and schedule objectives as well as consumer expectations.
• Create and maintain Quality Standard Operating Procedures.
• Interface with the Customer Service team regarding reported product quality issues and defective returns.
• Provide meaningful and appropriate recommendations that promote product improvements and specification compliance.

• Develop qualification requirements for downstream stages of testing.
• Coordinate internal and external testing as required and planned for the development stage.
