JazzHR is searching for a Senior Product Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management (preferably in SaaS) to join our team. As the Senior Product Manager, you'll drive discovery efforts to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and the competitive landscape then turn that information into product improvements for our 11,000+ customers. As the Senior Product Manager, you'll drive discovery efforts to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and the competitive landscape then turn that information into product improvements for our 11,000+ customers.

What you'll... do:

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, sales, and marketing, to create compelling business cases and prioritize product initiatives based on the most important outcomes. Using data, human-centered design approaches, competitive analysis, and frequent testing of hypotheses, you'll minimize risk and maximize outcomes.

In this role, you'll wear many hats and fill in gaps where necessary to ensure the success of your initiatives. You'll educate others as the SME of multiple product areas, know when to lead, when to contribute, and when to do both.

What you'll bring:
• 5+ years of experience in a software product management role
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in computer science, product management, business, or related field
• Experience working with UX and CX functions to deliver delightful features to customers
• Experience leading new features from vague idea to launch multiple times
• A natural sense of curiosity
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience and comfort with balancing competing priorities/making difficult tradeoffs
• Ideally located in Eastern or Central time zones

What you'll bring:
• 1+ years experience in customer service, technical support or software support
• 1+ years experience providing direct SaaS support preferred
• Ability to quickly learn the JazzHR platform and effectively troubleshoot customer problems
• Proven desire and passion to provide top-notch service to all customers
• Ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence
• Dependable and proficient attention to detail
• Exceptional written (chat and email) and verbal communication skills
• Excellent multi-tasking skills - you may be handling multiple chats/emails/calls at once
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate with the team on a regular basis
• Ability to work independently and be resourceful
• An availability that allows you to work a rotating schedule Monday through Friday from either 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm.
