Summary
The Bicycle Mechanic position is a front of house role for candidates who enjoy customer service interaction while expanding their knowledge of bicycle mechanics. A successful candidate will possess a background in the bicycle industry and retail experience. Essential Responsibilities
• Interact and identify customer needs; advise customers on component upgrades, repairs for their bicycles, and new apparel and merchandise.

• Estimate cost and timeline of customer repairs for efficient service.
• Operate store Point of Sale (POS) System.
