The project will entail a literature and database search to find antibodies and markers, optimization of assay conditions, and image analysis using HALO software.
Education:
• Undergraduate student studying Biology, Biochemistry or Biotechnology
Experience and Skills:
Required :
• Basic laboratory skills including making dilutions from stock solutions
• Experience working with Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
• Open minded and willing to learn about immunohistochemistry and other histological techniques
Preferred:
• Knowledge of immunohistochemistry and tissue culture is a plus
• Knowledge of histology is a plus
• Tissue culture experience
• Creative problem-solving
• Microscopy experience
