• Define application and service architecture, design infrastructure and create technical specifications for business systems applications.
• Work with application developers and infrastructure teams to implement application
• Understand deployment of specific servers and operating system versions
• Responsible for delivering a particular service within the agreed service levels
• Communicate the proposed design solutions to the stakeholders, and help to guide decisions regarding tradeoffs that may impact the requirement or delivery timescales for infrastructure projects
• Planning and implementation of all changes to the infrastructure
• Provide technical support/input to site and team projects and initiatives
• Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for infrastructure
• Work closely with colleagues to constantly innovate app functionality and design
Requirements:
• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in relevant disciplines
• At least 6-8 years working experience
• ITIL Certification is a must.
• Solid experience in application security technology, infrastructure and networking design.
• Experience in Cloud Platform AWS
• Experience in network related: AD, DNS, GPO, Domain Controller
• Analyze solutions to ensure they offer adequate non-functional characteristics (e.g. security, performance, capacity, availability) and are effectively meeting client s needs
• Lead and provide hands-on support to infrastructure teams to implement the infrastructure design, such as firewall rule setup, security hardening, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven people management experience
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Job Description
• Define application and service architecture, design infrastructure and create technical specifications for business systems applications.
• Work with application developers and infrastructure teams to implement application
• Understand deployment of specific servers and operating system versions
• Responsible for delivering a particular service within the agreed service levels
• Communicate the proposed design solutions to the stakeholders, and help to guide decisions regarding tradeoffs that may impact the requirement or delivery timescales for infrastructure projects
• Planning and implementation of all changes to the infrastructure
• Provide technical support/input to site and team projects and initiatives
• Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for infrastructure
• Work closely with colleagues to constantly innovate app functionality and design
Requirements:
• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in relevant disciplines
• At least 6-8 years working experience
• ITIL Certification is a must.
• Solid experience in application security technology, infrastructure and networking design.
• Experience in Cloud Platform AWS
• Experience in network related: AD, DNS, GPO, Domain Controller
• Analyze solutions to ensure they offer adequate non-functional characteristics (e.g. security, performance, capacity, availability) and are effectively meeting client s needs
• Lead and provide hands-on support to infrastructure teams to implement the infrastructure design, such as firewall rule setup, security hardening, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven people management experience
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Main Responsibilities: Client Facing and Service Experience
• Lead and execute the Experience La Prairie by providing a bespoke luxury experience to our client with the products
• Inspire our client and visitor through luxurious storytelling based on a deep knowledge of our Brand, its heritage and origins, as well as our collections and iconic products in order to achieve new client recruitment or client retention target
• Support CRM, VIP, PR and prospect events and follow up with post-event feedback
• Support the House Manager, be the host of the event and give bilingual house tour, presentation or speech
• Build long-term relationships with clients. Keep close contact.
• Maintain and update customer database
Operation
• Support and handle the operational tasks in the House. Tasks included but not limited to follow up with different parties and vendors: cleaning services, pest control, security system, renovation touch-ups, electronic appliances maintenance, IT equipment updates
• Support the House Manager in managing the administrative tasks such as stock take, petty cash flow, facial booking calendar, billing & invoices, etc
• Source and order F&B items and facial materials for the house
Requirements:
• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years customer service or training experience, preferably in hotel, beauty center, airline, retail industry
• Experience or knowledge in Skincare and Facial is a plus
• Customer-oriented, detail-minded and self-motivated
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and well-organized skills
• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS applications (Word, Power Point and Excel)
