Spot plates according to job press order, mount plates involving reaching in and mounting plates into the slot lock up accurate Manually lead webs with different web configurations involving reaching in and over to guide press webs over rollers through press units, across superstructure rollers to press folder based on specific press configuration Fill color inks with ink reel, stir ink, check viscosity and monitor ink feed functions to printing units before and during press run. Clean press, pipe rollers, press cylinder blankets with cleaning solvents and wipes up any ink spills The individual in this position is responsible for setting up and maintaining the operation of presses before and during press runs. • Experience is required
• Computer proficiency with CCCONE experience

Responsibilities
• Examines damaged vehicles and estimates the repair costs, identifying and documenting the necessary body repair work for the customer, being sensitive to the difficulty of the situation.
• Works with insurance agencies to manage the claims of our customers, as well as keep customers informed and frequently updated.
• Schedules appointments with customers
• Works with customers and Body Shop Technicians to identify required repair work
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers
• Computes the cost of replacement parts and labor to restore the vehicle to the condition specified by the customer
• Dispatches and maintains an organized workload
• Enters itemized estimate on the repair order and explains estimate to the customer
• Keeps customers informed and updated throughout the repair process
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction score at or above designated standards
• Meets dealership’s standards for repair/order production
• Other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications/Requirements
• Experience is required
• Computer proficiency with CCCONE experience
• Successful track record
• Must have strong communication skills
• Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction (CSI) results
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; supplemented by two years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, clerical work, or related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
Specific License or Certification Required: Must possess and maintain a valid South Carolina driver’s license.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities: Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in performance of the essential functions and learn, comprehend, and apply all LCOG or departmental policies, practices, and procedures necessary to function effectively in the position.
