• Utilize knowledge of treasury products to onboard clients seamlessly and ensure end-to-end delivery of new accounts and full suite of digital cash management products and services; f ollow up with clients after account opening to determine appropriate additional solutions and establish digital capabilities. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
• General knowledge of core business products and services (including deposit and cash management), and understanding of credit products and credit application processes
• Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners, and influence others to achieve desired outcomes
• Ability to assess current client’s needs and goals and recommend viable and appropriate solutions to them; balance client needs with associated risks and interests of the firm; maintain a balanced work approach to achieve business objectives
• Demonstrated ability to own problems on clients’ behalf and follow through with commitments

The Model Risk Governance and Review Group (MRGR) oversees model risk at JPMorgan, conducts independent model and qualitative model reviews and provides guidance around model and qualitative model's appropriate usage. MRGR is composed of the review groups aligned to lines of businesses and the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The role is within the COO team which is tasked with review and issue planning, reporting, and coordination of regulatory, control, audit, technology and corporate risk initiatives.

This is a Vice President level role to execute Firmwide review coordination (RC) activities. The RCs are responsible for planning of the review pipeline and management of risk metrics for their respective model portfolio. This role is highly visible to senior management and offers the opportunity to work across all of JPMorgan Chase’s business lines.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the quantitative and qualitative model portfolio to risk appetite
• Lead review and issue remediation planning

• Engage with senior leaders, development and review teams on model risk activities impacting their area

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of full-time work experience in Risk Management. Experience in Model Risk Management is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and has the ability to synthetize results and share with a senior audience as needed
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel techniques
