Responsibilities:
• Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
• Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
• Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
• Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
• Prospect, qualify, and follow up with leads
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the sales team
• Communicate and cultivate relationships to convert inbound leads to appointments
• Nurture and update the customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
• Practice, follow, and lead agents in scripting to help the team handle objections
• Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a weekly basis to ensure Team goals are achieved
• Report to Director of Sales
Qualifications:
• Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
• Two years of previous sales experience
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
• Unaffected by and even enjoys hearing the word "NO"
• Effective problem solver and trouble-shooter
• Thrives in the repetition
• Spanish Speaker (Preferred)
• Real Estate License (Preferred)

• Executes physicians' orders with an understanding of why the orders were issued and with a knowledge of their desired or possible adverse effects; assists the physician in obtaining accurate medical histories and with performing certain procedures; in all cases, completes required documentation relative to the execution of all orders and procedures; completes nursing notes and all other documentation as required accurately and timely
• Consults with Health Care Professionals and nursing personnel concerning practitioners' recommendations; monitors incoming lab studies, X-Ray reports, or other test results to assure that the practitioner is notified on a timely basis of any significant abnormalities
• Adheres to all attendance, compliance, mandatory training, regulatory and safety standards, including the Code of Conduct; as well as the organizations policies and procedures covering Privacy and Security in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Additional duties as assigned.

RN Required Qualifications

Current, unencumbered State of New Jersey RN license

CPR/AED Certified

Annual PPD

Must be free from communicable disease as required by the Department of Health

Must complete mandatory training as required

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Work Environment

Hotel

Work is performed in a hotel/convention center environment with moderate exposure to outdoor temperatures and to dirt, sand and/or dust. The working conditions will vary between moderately quiet to noisy volumes. Team members will use high-end audio visual equipment and electrical components, and will be exposed to heights via lifts and ladders. Team members may be asked to work in multiple hotel locations. Working times will include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based on an individual hotel or a representation of hotels in that city or area.
