JW Pepper distribution center is hiring to fill a position in print services, full time, 40 hours a week, Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. All applicants must be flexible to accommodate seasonal overtime, which includes some evening and Saturday hours. Starting wage $16.00 an hour. Applicants must successfully complete all pre-hire screenings including background check and drug test.
The print services position is responsible for providing quality printed materials for customers that require Print-On-Demand music, and any other professionally printed items. Responsible for the operations of all printers, copies, binding equipment, laminators, and other devices. Responsible for the proofing and assembly of all finished products in a manner that meets company standards for quality and productivity.
In an effort to provide the highest level of customer service, all warehouse associates will be cross trained to be proficient in other basic warehouse functions, such as inventory maintenance, order fulfillment and quality control.

Responsibilities :
Business Analyst has the following responsibilities and duties :
Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to gather business needs
Document current state via process models and diagrams
Identify the gaps between current state and future state business needs
Document future state via process models and diagrams to provide direction to developers
Translate business needs into User Stories
Translate end-user requirements into Acceptance Criteria
Conduct peer reviews of the acceptance criteria to ensure that requirements are correctly interpreted
Project Manager has the following responsibilities and duties :
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
IT Business Analyst / Project Manager should have the following skills, education, and experience :
Education in Business Administration or the equivalent in business experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders, and at all levels of the company
Leadership skills, including the ability to elicit productive requirements gathering discussions, and at all levels of the company
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; root cause analysis
Understanding of the SDLC and working with development teams to build solutions
Experience using a task management system such as Jira, Wrike, Asana, Rally, etc.
Experience using diagraming applications to produce process models such as Visio or Lucid Chart
Experience working in an Agile environment
