• Identify and convert higher education and K-12 sales opportunities in order to meet revenue targets
• Drive revenue by prospecting and delivering a sales pipeline

Responsibilities:
• Work with the customer to gather specifications for data and report requirements
• Design interactive Qlik dashboards based on requirements
• Develop SQL queries using Oracle to source data from enterprise and local systems
• Develop Extraction, Transform and Load procedures to source data from additional data stores
• Develop code to create and populate tables and views based on requirements
• Validate reporting results against requirements and troubleshoot/analyze data issues within reports
• Use Qlik best practices to transform data in QVD files

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical advisory assistance to senior leadership including the development of strategic initiatives around large-scale, cloud-based cybersecurity solutions
• Lead, research, develop, plan and advise on critical cyber technology to identify, isolate and resolve complex, cloud-based, enterprise systems cybersecurity solutions
• Convene appropriate cybersecurity governance and coordinating bodies within the organization to ensure that cybersecurity is properly developed and deployed, and/or advanced across the spectrum of enterprise activities
• Brief, advise and present varied programmatic updates, recommendations and solutions to senior leadership
• Support business development activities and work to develop business plans and strategies for continued growth and programmatic success

Qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI clearance verifiable in the JPAS system
• Extensive experience supporting and advising on high-profile DoD SAP or IC information technology programs
• Background operating as a IT Project/Program/Proposal Manager in the DoD/IC
• Strong understanding of the merging of business functions and technical solutions, gained through extensive programmatic successes
• Experience with requirements definition, gap analysis, and / or budgeting and estimation
• Experience with authorization and accreditation and accreditation process and standards using the RMF, ICD 503, or JSIG
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to operate in a high-profile, client-facing capacity
• Exceptional background specific to delivering robust IT solutions, as well as extensive recent experience specific to cloud-based, cybersecurity projects
• BA/BS Degree with relevant cybersecurity certifications, i.e. CISSP, CASP, CISM, Sec+
• 10+ years of experience in delivering information technology or cybersecurity solutions to the U.S. Government

Requirements:
• Candidates must have extensive experience with risk assessment technologies and processes including understanding of the adequacy of implemented security features across a broad range of technologies
• Must have demonstrated practical penetration testing / vulnerability exploitation experience
• Must have knowledge of host and network access control and auditing technologies and methods
• Must have knowledge of application security and software vulnerabilities
• Must have an understanding of incident response, configuration management, and defense in depth best practices
• A background and some experience with RMF, NIST SP800-53, CNSSI, DCID 6/3, JSIG, and/or ICD 503. Knowledge of current authorization practices, particularly within the DoD and IC is necessary
• Experience with security configuration related to modern Windows, Linux, UNIX, Cisco, SQL or Oracle databases, and virtualized systems
• Knowledge of intrusion detection methodologies and techniques for detecting host- and network- based intrusion via intrusion detection technologies
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience with information security and related security concerns including penetration testing and information system security assessments
