Key Responsibilities:
• Source new revenue opportunities across brands and agencies by acting as a strategic partner, providing insights, and relaying relevant guidance to the customer to meet shared objectives.
• Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with prospective clients demonstrating subject matter expertise in branded content marketing solutions. Must have deep knowledge of customers' vision and objectives for both developmental and renewal business.
• Be a strategic leader who creates future value for brands by determining the right goals and KPIs, informing decisions, and helping design scalable, long-term solutions that meet shared objectives.
• Leverage an entrepreneurial mindset to solve complex problems, with solutions tailored for each client.
• Assess, develop, and advise managers and/or senior leaders on overall business strategy.
• Utilize customer input to drive innovation, creating ease of execution for our partners by improving processes and product offerings.
• Identify mechanisms to evolve and simplify the team's practices while ensuring customer short- and long-term expectations are met alongside the accounts team.
• Work with paid digital manager, accounts and analytics team to develop strategy and respective narratives for client growth.
• Take ownership of the pre and post-sale process, ensuring we exceed customer expectations and deliver results.
• Track and report on pipeline and recap projects; share updates with leadership regularly.
• Work across internal teams to incorporate feedback and optimize compelling client pitch decks and sales materials in PowerPoint and Keynote.
Skills:
• 4+ years of sales experience working with both brands and agencies.
• Experience answering RFPs and proposals requiring digital strategies, as well as allowlisting campaigns.
• High-level strategic thinking and collaboration skills.
• Strong client-facing communication.
• Ability to understand brand strategies and objectives and how they can sync with KCM capabilities, assets, and audiences.
• Expertise in developing engaging, visually pleasing proposals, presentations, and sales marketing materials.
• Ability to manage an active pipeline of contacts and projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong representation of KCM to outside partners.
• Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products, Google Suite, Keynote & Asana.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Compensation range: $90,000 - $120,000 +commission based on skills and experience
• Health benefits
• Matching 401K Plan (after 3 months, capped)
• Flexible PTO with manager approval
• Hybrid work environment
• Limited meetings on Fridays
• All national holidays + selected days throughout the year with extra days off (around national holidays or "vacation weeks”)
