Liberty tax of Greenville and Jacksonville is looking to grow our team at both locations! This position would be great for someone who is looking for a Flexible Schedule where you can select your own hours and control your income . We see a lot of success from people with Outgoing Personalities, Customer Service Experience, Waitresses/Waiter Experience, Retired job seekers looking for a little extra part time work, and Stay at home Moms and Dads who need flexibility! We are looking for both Entry Level and Experience team members.
Job Duties:
• Provides first rate customer service by striving to make every customer understand we care.
• Conducting tax interviews with clients and preparing tax returns
• Thoroughly explains the appropriate procedure and flow of the client's chosen service and the benefits of each service offered
• Accurately inputs all client information into the tax preparation software
• Ensuring client confidentiality and privacy
• Assisting with local marketing and business growth
• Other duties include general office duties, reception, customer service, marketing calls, follow-up, and tax prep.
• Stay up to date on continuing education
Job Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED certificate; bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is preferred
• Must complete required Certifications and Training (Provided for free).
• Prior tax preparation experience and accounting a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate
• Comfortable working with computers and smartphones
• Friendly and professional
Additional Preferabilities (Not Required)
• Bookkeeping experience
• Bilingual communication skills
• Outgoing Personality
• Sales Experience
