POSITION SUMMARY: The Therapist will primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting, outpatient clinic, adult day center, long-term facility for the older adult population.
Qualifications
• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Massachusetts
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience with electronic medical records and documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals
• Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and transfers
• CPR Certification
