KKR Capstone is the operations group of KKR and a unique “CEO University” for MBA graduates. KKR Capstone’s mission is to deliver exceptional returns on KKR’s investments by partnering with management teams to drive value in KKR portfolio companies and by helping deal teams to select the right assets and. During diligence, KKR Capstone partners with deal teams in evaluating potential acquisitions, including, weighing in on crucial operational issues related to the asset, assessing the target company’s market, and understanding consumer insights and behavior.

On a day-to-day basis, KKR Capstone executives interact with a broad range of company personnel including the Board, C-suite and line-level operators. The majority of KKR Capstone team members have previous experience in management consulting. While the executives heavily leverage the skills and experience gained in consulting, they spend the bulk of their time identifying, rapidly prototyping, and executing operational improvement initiatives (i.e. less time spent on PowerPoint and more time dealing with general management challenges).

KKR Real Estate Credit was formed in January 2015 to invest in real estate credit products and complement KKR Real Estate’s private equity platforms. Position Overview

K-Star is seeking an enthusiastic, competent, and proactive executive administrative assistant to provide high-level, personalized and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner for the company’s executives. The qualified candidate should be able to work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to managing executive’s business schedules and communications, and will be expected to participate in special projects and assignments, as needed.

Role And Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Real Estate Treasury Lead will be joining a rapidly evolving Global Treasury team and responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the real estate treasury function globally.
