What you’ll do
• Acquisition: Sign up & acquire high potential ’things-to-do’ suppliers onto the Klook platform, and support onboarding of their products through coordination with various internal teams.
• Account management: Cultivate relationships with partners to help maximize their sales potential on Klook’s various distribution platforms. Communicate Klook’s business & marketing strengths, brand value and differentiation to suppliers. Maintain dedicated merchant accounts with price competitiveness, seasonal promotions and bundling suggestions.
• Optimization: Continuously improve product supply strength, in terms of pricing competitiveness, inventory, content, booking conditions and striving to raise these to market leader levels..
• Coordination: Work closely with various functions in the company - marketing to maximize sales, supplier excellence & operations to improve operational efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and finance to ensure accurate payment and minimize risk. Flexibility and attention to detail are essential competencies in this fast-paced industry.
• Market updates: Support vertical/market leaders to identify market trends and provide market & competitor updates through on-going research and feedback.
• Leadership: Supervise assigned team to deliver tangible results in each of the above areas.
• Delivery: Success in delivering on product portfolio, sales targets, as well as other strategic OKRs/KPIs as agreed with the senior team.
• Collaborate: Work with various teams with diverse working cultures, located in different Klook offices around the world.
What you’ll need
• >5 years work experience with 2 years destination management or OTA/e-commerce supply experience, along with a preferred Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management.
• High familiarity with travel products, experience with hotels, attractions, activities, tours and transportation preferred.
• Capacity to handle uncertainty and ambiguity, and a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to prioritize work based on strategic importance and level of impact on business.
• Strong commercial sense, as well as analytical, written and verbal communications skills.
• Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Global-mindedness and a steady comfort level working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, ‘roll-up-your sleeves’ & independent work ethic as required.
• Bachelor degree in hospitality or business management preferred.

What you’ll do
• Acquisition: Sign up & acquire high potential ’things-to-do’ suppliers onto the Klook platform, and support onboarding of their products through coordination with various internal teams.
• Account management: Cultivate relationships with partners to help maximize their sales potential on Klook’s various distribution platforms. Communicate Klook’s business & marketing strengths, brand value and differentiation to suppliers. Maintain dedicated merchant accounts with price competitiveness, seasonal promotions and bundling suggestions.
• Optimization: Continuously improve product supply strength, in terms of pricing competitiveness, inventory, content, booking conditions and striving to raise these to market leader levels..
• Coordination: Work closely with various functions in the company - marketing to maximize sales, supplier excellence & operations to improve operational efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and finance to ensure accurate payment and minimize risk. Flexibility and attention to detail are essential competencies in this fast-paced industry.
• Market updates: Support vertical/market leaders to identify market trends and provide market & competitor updates through on-going research and feedback.
• Leadership: Supervise assigned team to deliver tangible results in each of the above areas.
• Delivery: Success in delivering on product portfolio, sales targets, as well as other strategic OKRs/KPIs as agreed with the senior team.
• Collaborate: Work with various teams with diverse working cultures, located in different Klook offices around the world.
What you’ll need
• >5 years work experience with 2 years destination management or OTA/e-commerce supply experience, along with a preferred Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management.
• High familiarity with travel products, experience with hotels, attractions, activities, tours and transportation preferred.
• Capacity to handle uncertainty and ambiguity, and a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to prioritize work based on strategic importance and level of impact on business.
• Strong commercial sense, as well as analytical, written and verbal communications skills.
• Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Global-mindedness and a steady comfort level working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, ‘roll-up-your sleeves’ & independent work ethic as required.
• Bachelor degree in hospitality or business management preferred.
