The Snr. Marketing Events Manager will create and oversee prospective customer events to ensure they are done professionally and provide great value to both attendees and KnowBe4. The primary focus for the individual in this role includes the execution of an annual marketing plan that ensures KnowBe4 is hosting events that actively engage with security professionals, and that those attendees convert into high quality leads. This position would further be responsible for the logistics and managing of marketing events including managing internal team members.
Responsibilities
• Provide genuine input as to the hiring, promoting, disciplining, and firing of subordinate employees
• Manage/oversee the logistics for all in-person trade shows and virtual events, including timelines, venues, booths, vendors, hotels, staffing, and budgets proposal, pre-event logistics/operational details, on-site event management and reconciliation
• Work with international teams to support global events as needed
• Identify and secure staff, speakers, special guests, and/or entertainment for each event
• Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to present possible marketing events
• Ensure the Marketing department has detailed information and goals for each event
• Plan event layouts and agendas
• Provide technical and administrative support to the Marketing and booth staff team, attendees, and guests
• Collaborate with Marketing team to promote events pre and post event

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years experience in event planning
• Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
• Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Excellent customer support skills
• Working knowledge of other service-oriented roles, including space management, audio/visual, décor and entertainment, signage, housing, and speaker management
• Excellent communicator with high attention to detail
The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 - $90,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.

The Sales Development Representative will act as pre-sales support and is responsible for reaching out to prospects, qualifying them and passing interested prospects to the sales teams. The Analytics Engineer sits at the intersection of Data Analytics and Data Engineering, and is responsible for bringing robust, efficient, and integrated data models and products to life. This role owns the data transformation layer - making sure data is ingested, transformed, scheduled, and ready to be used for analytics. The Pricing Specialist (Channel TT/SMB) is responsible for coordinating with Channel CSM’s and customers to provide pricing quotes for renewals, add-ons, and upsells and then successfully and efficiently close those opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all opportunities within assigned customer portfolio and perform research to understand customer health and account status as it pertains to those opportunities
• Coordinate with Channel CSM’s to strategize on renewals, add-ons and upsells for their customers to maximize bookings

The Pricing Specialist (Channel TT/SMB) is responsible for coordinating with Channel CSM’s and customers to provide pricing quotes for renewals, add-ons, and upsells and then successfully and efficiently close those opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all opportunities within assigned customer portfolio and perform research to understand customer health and account status as it pertains to those opportunities
• Coordinate with Channel CSM’s to strategize on renewals, add-ons and upsells for their customers to maximize bookings
• Be proactive when conducting discovery with customers on opportunities and handle any objections to ensure predictability of successfully closing those opportunities
• Negotiate with customers on opportunities to prevent churn and secure optimal terms
• Employ pricing strategies that meet the Company’s standards, policies, and procedures
• Generate pricing quotes for renewals, add-ons, and upsells
• Manage your assigned 30, 60, and 90 day opportunity pipeline, weekly and daily forecasts and meet regularly with Customer Success Regional Director to review.
• Thoroughly and accurately complete the 6 month deal sheets in Salesforce for each opportunity
• Meet and exceed bookings targets and quotas
• Maintain impeccable administration of your opportunities in the Company’s CRM
Qualifications:
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred
• Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
• Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
• Previous sales or negotiation experience
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Strong collaborative and team work skills

The Advanced Support Tech position will work alongside the Customer Success Managers and Sales Representatives to provide customer support for software issues and technical issue resolution. This position will also assist the organization’s customers and/or end-users with troubleshooting issues related to onboarding, the use of the platform and other general KMSAT console problems. This position will be second in line to resolve escalated help-desk tickets that are generally more complex and require more time to resolve than Core Support Techs.
Responsibilities:
• Consult with the organization’s customers or end-users regarding the implementation and configuration of KMSAT console to modify it to suit the customer’s needs
• Resolve customer inquiries by using the tools provided to service the customer quickly, efficiently and thoroughly
• Document problems accurately and succinctly in the appropriate support tools provided.
• Work in conjunction with the Product team to provide feedback or other information needed to enhance KMSAT console
• Communicate directly with clients or end-users to gather details as needed to fully define issues or new requirements
• Work collaboratively with CSM team to quickly resolve customer’s issues
• Investigate and document technical issues and communicate any trends or patterns to the Research & Development team
• Monitor the ticketing queue to prioritize, allocate and ensure timely resolution of issue reports and change requests heavily focused on the KMSAT console
• Apply troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the end-user community on issues related to design, development and deployment of the KMSAT console
• Investigate and document issue reports and communicate findings to development team or clients as required
• Present technical walkthroughs to customers
• Work with the sales reps and CSMs to give demonstrations of the KMSAT console to the customers and/or end-users
• Attend prospect and customer meetings, supporting the KMSAT sales teams as the KMSAT subject matter expert
• Discuss best practices on how to use the KMSAT console to customers and/or end-users
• Provide training to other team members on the KMSAT console
Qualifications
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in similar or related position
• Familiarity with firewall and email protocols is preferred
• Two-year degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Highly organized and result-oriented
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Can demonstrate technical troubleshooting and analysis ability
• Can demonstrate integrity, accountability, respect and commitment
• Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
