SUMMARY:

We are seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to support our end users locally and across the region remotely. • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components, APEX, Visualforce, and Aura Components to leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform
• Develop highly interactive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML technologies
• Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms
• Create and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data
• Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans, etc.)
• Create defined coding standards for Rakuten Advertising and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand code
• Research and find opportunities to utilize Salesforce best practices, as well as guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling, and monitoring to improve Rakuten Advertising’s Salesforce instance

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required – Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent
• 5+ years of Salesforce Developer experience in a developer role
• 2+ years of experience as a lead developer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment and manage priorities judiciously
• Superlative organization skills and detail oriented; the ability to execute against a project plan, meet deadlines, and proactively raise blockers and risks is critical

• Efficient with Force.com developer toolkit - Lightning Component Framework, Apex, Visualforce, Aura components, SOQL, Webservice/SOA, Metadata APIs, and Unit Testing
• Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, jQuery; and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools
• Additional requirements preferred, but not required: Salesforce Architect certification(s), Salesforce JavaScript Developer I, and Software engineering skills with Java, JSF, SQL

The salary range for this role performed in New York City is $92,000 - $150,000. Compensation will ultimately depend on job-related factors including skills and experience.

The Sr. HRIS Business Analyst/Project Manager will lead and provide functional assistance in identifying, evaluating, developing, and implementing Workday and peripheral HR system solutions, that meet user requirements. This position will plan, direct and complete analysis of programs to support business requirements and act as a liaison between the Americas Region HR team and the HRIS team.

Key responsibilities:
• Gather functional requirements for system enhancements and new projects.
• Manage projects in the functional area of HRIS
• Drive requirement sign off and facilitate change orders.
• Create “as is” and “to be” models of system functionality and processes. Perform gap analysis and create a plan to get from the current state to the future state.
• Work closely with the HRIS Solution Leads to turn requirements into a solution.
• Collaborate with other regional PMO members on large, cross-functional, cross-regional projects.
• Facilitate testing of all new functionality with Solution Leads and Business Stakeholders.
• Appropriately escalate risks and issues to management.
