Summary: Kodi Collective Marketing Execution Services is looking for an a highly motivated and skilled Account Director to join our team. This remote role will act as the client facing operational leader across a portfolio of contracted accounts. This person will be responsible for a team of production resources and will have a deep understanding of the outsourced print production process and experience working in a fast-paced environment. This person will be responsible for ensuring that print projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality while looking for strategic growth opportunities within their client accounts.

Responsibilities:

Build partnership between client business leads, Kodi Collective cross-functional experts and vendors, serving as the overall contact owner and main point of escalatio ensuring quality, delivery and budget goals are met on every project. Oversee a team of production managers who are responsible for the end-to-end print production process, including estimating, scheduling, and production oversight.Communicate project status to clients on a regular basis and proactively address any issues that arise.Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that all print materials meet our standards of quality.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic guidance on print solutions. Participate in the hiring, training, and professional development of client-facing production teams. Provide guidance to ensure systems are properly utilized and referenced for information needed during the buying process. Ensure financial activities and reporting are completed accurately and in a timely manner, with heavy focus on vendor invoice review/approvals, client billing, period-end accounting requirements/accruals, revenue, and profit level reporting.Supporting the Company’s core values of cost reduction, process improvement and delivery of innovation, drive incremental revenue and profit on top of existing, baseline client expectationsPerforms other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
