Maintain the internal support methodology and best practices

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Self-motivated

Minimum of 1 year customer service experience

Strong Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a dynamic environment

Communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills are critical for success

Ability to appropriately set and manage expectations

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

4-year college degree or skills and experience typically gained in the pursuit of a 4-year college degree

Experience with UKG

1 – 3 years of customer service experience

1 year experience supporting customers in a virtual, technical support role

Salesforce knowledge

Familiar with ACA reporting requirements

Benefits Knowledge and an understanding of Benefits life cycle

HCM Knowledge

Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite of software to include Outlook and Word

Strong experience with Excel; V-Lookup, manipulating data

Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $XX to $XX (or $XX), however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
