The LSM is responsible for hiring, training, and managing the sales department. This sales leader will be expected to implement the company’s plan to cultivate new local direct business, grow long lasting relationships with clients, and shape a productive sales team through training and creating a positive culture. This position leads our revenue generating effort and requires extensive sales experience, communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to quickly learn and implement our products and systems.

Qualifications:
