The Laconia Daily Sun is looking for a hard-working editor with demonstrated pagemaking and copy-editing skills to join our dedicated team of journalists producing an award-winning morning newspaper in the heart of New Hampshire's Lakes Region.

Working closely with the editor in chief, primary responsibilities are managing reporters' story assignments, editing reporters' copy, laying out pages... processing photos, as well as overseeing the op-ed pages, calendar of events and special sections. Additional duties may include writing, coordinating with freelancers and other newsroom tasks.
