Responsibilities
• Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
• Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information
• Mitigate customer complaints as needed
• General bookkeeping ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date

Qualifications

The Role
As a marketing associate, you will support Lark’s growth strategies on the consumer marketing team across all channels and touchpoints. You will be the executional lead from initial awareness through enrollment, engagement and retention. • Hands-on use of our CRM Automation platform, Braze. Within the platform, you’ll be manipulating HTML, setting up campaigns and canvases, segmenting audiences, building A/B tests, and serving as a final quality assurance check before campaigns are launched

• Monitor and report on campaign performance on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences

What you'll do:
The Brass Tacks
• Provide guests with professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service.
• Clean and maintain all guestrooms to property specific standards.
• Clean and replenish designated number of rooms within assigned shift.
• Maintain supplies and organization of housekeeping cart.
• Check all rooms and report any damage, repair needs, or loss of supplies.
• Monitors cleanliness of all public areas both inside and out on property.
• Attends all mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
• Greets and warmly engages guests.
• Complete tasks as assigned by Housekeeping Manager and/or General Manager
The Nitty Gritty
• Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques/chemical applications a plus.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced role
