Main Responsibilities:
• Designer for the Caltimes' user Engagement team. The scope includes the full experience of a user engaging with our content on the Web and on our Mobile app
• Participate in brainstorming and critique sessions that foster big picture thinking while raising the bar on the details
• Work on the entire lifecycle of the engagement experience: design strategy, problem identification, user research, heuristic auditing, user flow/journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, high fidelity comps, and collaboration with engineers on implementation

Job Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional experience working on digital products as a designer
