The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of Strength and Conditioning support as part of an interdisciplinary team to help optimise athletics development and competitive results of LUNTA players.

Roles and responsibilities for this role include:
• Work closely with relevant LUNTA coaches and support staff to be a key stakeholder in performance planning
• Contribute to sporting performance and development through aligned interventions with the wider support team. Combining discipline expertise with training application
• Diagnose, plan and coach Strength and Conditioning, which is underpinned by sound scientific evidence and practice-based rationale

There is an expectation with this role to travel to both domestic and international junior and senior tennis tournaments with other members of the LUNTA staff team and our junior tennis players.
