Job Summary
Under minimal supervision, programmatically responsible for the design, development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of organizational development and capacity building services to healthcare organizations around the country according to grant-funded deliverables, expectations, standards, and measurements that build employee competencies and support a high performance workforce. Supervises a team of staff that design, develop and deliver professional consulting, coaching, and facilitation activities to healthcare organizations on a national basis to improve HIV/STI prevention strategies and LGBTQ cultural awareness. Collaborates and coordinates with other organizational development and capacity building programs. Reports to and collaborates with funding organizations such as the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), among others.
Essential Functions:
• 1.\tDevelops implements and monitors program goals and strategies to meet grant deliverables.
2.\tPartners with other national occupational development organizations to plan and implement the delivery of technical assistance, consultation, organizational development plans, and training to enhance clinical initiatives.
3.\tPartners with national and federal organizations (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Health Resources and Services Administration) to assess and respond to organizational development needs of healthcare professionals targeted though their HIV/STD prevention initiatives.
