We are adding a virtual assistant to our team. MUST have experience with Learnworlds and Canva... The course duties include: - Create courses in Learnworlds: including Certificate templates, landing pages, pricing etc. - Provide support via email related to Learnworlds certificates, log in, etc. - Create social media posts, news letters, etc. according to the templates - Post on social media - Basic research in the dental field Must be proficient We are adding a virtual assistant to our team.

The course duties include:

- Create courses in Learnworlds: including Certificate templates, landing pages, pricing etc.

- Provide support via email related to Learnworlds certificates, log in, etc.

- Create social media posts, news letters, etc. according to the templates

- Post on social media

- Basic research in the dental field

Must be proficient in Learnworlds, it is not an easy system to navigate. We had over 20 VA in the past 5 years, and we would like to work with someone who:

- Pays attention to every detail, mistakes are not allowed

- Provide communication via slack, can create and manage work in Asana

- Can think for the business (not just doing, but making decisions)

- Polite in communications that are sent to users

- Decent eye for design

Merging two websites into one LearnWorlds LMS site

Established language teaching company is looking for a brand and web design refresh as we move to a new LMS (LearnWorlds) and expand our online academy. Brand currently has two websites - one on Squarespace for the umbrella brand (speaklanguagecenter.com) and one for our professional English coaching program on KAJABI (bspeakenglish.com). The goal is to create a design in Figma with new UI/UX flow that will eventually be the one, main website for Established language teaching company is looking for a brand and web design refresh as we move to a new LMS (LearnWorlds) and expand our online academy. Brand currently has two websites - one on Squarespace for the umbrella brand (speaklanguagecenter.com) and one for our professional English coaching program on KAJABI (bspeakenglish.com).

The goal is to create a design in Figma with new UI/UX flow that will eventually be the one, main website for the company. New LearnWorlds design and assets TBD will be a sort of intermediary between our established brands (Speak! and B-Speak).

Professional will work closely with business owner on this project, which could involve long term work in web and related LMS asset design as we add more languages and a mobile app at launch of the new LMS.
