We are seeking a highly motivated Lifecycle Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of experience to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support our small business and strategic partnership ecosystems. Qualifications:
• * Strong verbal and written communication skills along with analytical capabilities, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and exercise sound and practical judgment are required.
• Minimum of three years in-house as a paralegal or contract manager.
• Solid understanding of standard legal terminology

Responsibilities:
• Own Hubspot fully as a platform to integrate visibility and performance of customer touchpoints and experiences beyond just email
• Partner closely with the other members of the Marketing team to help identify opportunities
• Using inputs from business owners, implement and execute multi-channel campaigns.
• Build, maintain, and implement best practices for marketing automation in campaign management, segmentation, list management, data hygiene and integrity
• Work with Testing & Optimization Team to set up and fulfill a/b testing strategies to optimize marketing campaign activities
• Act as a cross-functional contact working with stakeholders to build and execute world-class emails, landing pages, and automation campaigns
• Ability to explain and educate team members on how dynamic variable marketing automation works as well as processes and timelines required to operationalize strategies
• Advise on audience segmentation strategies to incorporate available demographic and lead information in campaign execution
• Own stability/scalability of the marketing automation system
• Maintain and improve MarTech tool stack performance, including integration of tools in to other key systems and data sources
• Ensure data attributes are defined, current, accurate and aligned with Product, BI, and Sales
• Serve as a last stop to ensure accuracy around content, grammar, link functionality and rendering across browsers and clients
• Work in and debug HTML, CSS, etc. and collaborate with front-end developers to build and improve templates and email assembly
Qualifications:
