- Present, promote and sell educational products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Reach out to customer leads through calling, messengers, emailing, etc.
- Close deals with clients based on preliminary agreements, conduct after-sales support
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Hold in-depth interviews, collect customers’ feedback
- Participate in the improvement of the products based on the customers feedback
- Conducting online and offline presentations of the academy products
- Meeting current and potential partners and holding negotiations

Main requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a sales representative or account manager
- Eagerness to earn more based on your own sales efforts
- Experience in the sphere of online education
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- High level of motivation and target driven approach
- Knowledge of crypto markets is a big plus
- Basic experience in Forex, Investing, CFD trading
- English: Intermediate and higher
- Spanish: Advanced or Native

-Full time work schedule: 5 working days (8 hours per day) and 2 days off work
