Job Overview

We are looking for a Forex & Crypto IB Manager to join our team.

Ideally, candidates should currently reside in Argentina, Peru, Mexico or Ecuador... Although this is mainly a remote position, candidates must be available to visit our offices whenever needed. Offices are located in the biggest cities of these countries.

IB Managers are responsible for maintaining business relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), negotiating commission schemes, as well as doing research for new partners. IB Managers assist partners with questions, issues and/or complaints they might have, as well as providing information on new products and services, and assisting partners with network growth.

We welcome successful candidates with a proven track of record and experience working as Affiliate or IB managers.

What Will you do
• Recruit new affiliates
• Maintain relationships with existing affiliates
• Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities
• Affiliate support and assist with partner’s growth and development
• Search for traffic brokers and negotiate with them to cooperate with our affiliate program on our condition.
• Collaborate with different departments for preparing conversion promo materials for Affiliates (landing pages, banners, etc).
• Write marketing briefs and work with our creative team to develop assets for campaigns.
• Represent company on international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.)
• Attend meetings with existing and potential partners.
• Comprehensive advice to the Company in order to collaborate with brand positioning in Latin America.
• Research of new business opportunities.
• Training new partners to maximize the quality and quantity of their referral traffic.
• Overseeing the day-to-day management of marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI is achieved.
• Travel when needed to conferences and team meetings.

• Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets (Intermediate - Advanced).
• CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels and networks.
Desired Skills:
• 2 years as Affiliate manager or 1 year as Affiliate manager + 1 years of Sales/Retention (ideally in forex/crypto industries)
• Proficient English language skills.
• Creative thinker, has technological knowledge and deep business understanding (smart creative).
• Deep knowledge on Cryptos.
