The position of Facilities Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with ministry, volunteers, and church members across all campus locations in the areas of room scheduling/setup, rentals, and access control. • Be committed to giving to the needs of the saints (2 Corinthians 8:1-7 & 9:12).
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Planning Center
• Review and approve reservation requests.
• Partner with staff to ensure all event details are entered into Planning Center.
• Communicate event support parameters such as building usage, facilities support and regulatory compliance.
• Interface with facilities technicians to ensure event setups are executed per request.
Rentals
• Manage scheduling, billing, and logistics for member space rentals.
• Assist Facilities Managers and Office Manager with scheduling, billing, and logistics for use of space by outside organizations.
Access Control
• Maintain door timer schedules for ministry events.
• Manage access control parameters for staff and volunteers.
• Setup and issue key fobs for volunteers.
• Work with each department to set and maintain volunteer access schedules.
• Complete quarterly audits of both schedule and ministry volunteer lists.
• Take on other administrative duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
This position operates in a fast-paced, professional office environment and routinely uses office equipment such as phones, copiers, and other standard equipment. Typing, proofreading, and computer skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Office) are required, along with the ability to handle precise detail in relation to administrative tasks. Must have a heart for ministry and exhibit the patience, tact, respect, empathy, and courtesy required to be the “face” of Abundant Life to the outside community.

The Associate LifeKids Pastor will also work with the LifeKids Pastor to foster an environment conducive to excellence and safety in the LifeKids ministry. What You'll Do

• Help ensure the overall operations of the weekend are meeting all expectations.
• Oversee volunteer orientation and training that includes appropriate placement of volunteers.

• Balance tasks and relational aspects of the role.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
• Ensure that all LST Campus production equipment is maintained and managed.
• Develop a long-term sustainable workflow for staff and volunteers to maintain equipment.
• Act as the team lead for Fusion and Paradigm from LST including scheduling, training, and personal development.
• Work with ministry leaders and LST Technical Director to continue meeting ministry needs.
• Maintain a working knowledge of new technologies within the industry to assist in further ministry development.
• Enlist, train, and develop leaders for the Production Department of Abundant Life for the Fusion and Paradigm Ministries specifically.
• Attend weekly meetings with various leadership teams.
• Oversee the execution of live streaming midweek services from the LST campus working closely with the Online Campus Pastor.
• Work with LST Technical Director to provide an annual budget for board approval.
• Attend weekly meetings as requested.
• On-Call weekends (1 week/month rotation).
• Help facilitate large weekend events (Worship Nights, Revival, Conferences, etc.).
• Perform other duties as requested by the LST Technical Director.

• Maintains campus database to ensure accuracy and compliance with central standards.
• Tasks other departments to follow up with members as it relates to serving, groups, discipleship, baptism, and other items communicated to the Connections department through the connect cards, texting, or web communications.
• Sends ongoing communications to campus guests to move them through the connection/assimilation process per the approved back off schedule and strategic plan.
• Maintains campus involvements in Touchpoint to control registrations, attendance, and all other activities.
• Leads the oversight and organization of the TEAM Outreach volunteers, including leadership development, scheduling, training, filling jars, communication, and appreciation efforts.
• Trains, alongside the Connections Director, and supports the administrative assistant at each assigned campus concerning the execution of the Next Steps classes and First Step at campus locations to ensure hospitality, food orders, registration, décor, and content are uniform at all campuses. Occasional attendance at First Step and Next Steps at assigned campuses is highly encouraged.
• Collects and inputs Next Steps Class and First Step data from campus locations into a central location (Teams and Database).
• Generates reports (monthly and quarterly) for all phases of assimilation for campuses to then follow up with members.

• Receives and records attendance for all campuses. Reports attendance to Connections Director & leadership team.
