This role will require influencing teams without direct authority. You will build strong collaboration with manufacturing sites and trusted relationships with Site Directors, Production Managers, Partner Managers and Lab Process Managers for internal and external manufacturing. Strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills will be critical to your success.
Responsibilities
• Ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time: Coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and local site production teams to maintain and update routing configuration to match business rules as well as short-term adjustments to support site capacity needs.
• Ownership of daily operations meeting including content and presentation
• Responsible for facilitation and distribution of key metric reporting
