Job Description: As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production processes and ensuring the timely and efficient completion of production orders. • Performance Management: Administer performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans to enhance team performance.
• Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production associates.
• Hands-On Support: When necessary, actively participate in production activities to assist the team and maintain production flow.
• Safety: Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancements within the production department.
Qualifications:
• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.

Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities

Experience & Personal Attributes
CA / CPA / CFA qualified or equivalent with years of experience working in a variety of Finance roles. Time spent in an analytical role such as Financial Planning and Analysis,
Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, Strategic Delivery. Financial services industry experience would be ideal.
Strong knowledge of Management Accounting / Corporate Finance principles with a working knowledge of accounting standards.
Strong experience in financial modelling and performance reporting.
Worked in a large and complex corporate environment.
Strong working knowledge of customer profitability drivers.
Experience preparing data / packs for Executive level forums.
Excellent financial modelling skills with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to truly connect the dots between customer contracts, operational processes, and financial outcomes.
