The Role:
As an Executive Assistant at Linktree, your role is to partner with C-suite executives to support their day-to-day administration and operations to ensure they’re set up for success. Reporting into the CPO & CTO, you’ll work hand in hand to ensure that the administration & strategic needs of the leaders are prioritised and supported. The role is crucial in Linktree’s overall global success!
Please note: This person will need to be based in Los Angeles, California.
What You Will Own:
• Support CTO and CPO’s day to day
• Manage all aspects of CTO & CPO's calendar across internal and external engagements
• Identify the needs of the CTO, CPO and Executive team, proactively provide strategic thoughts and solutions and drive focus and accountability
• Work with the CTO, CPO and other team members to create agendas and content for key meetings, while also developing critical action items and next steps
• Book complex travel arrangements
• Collaborate closely with other members of the EA team, providing support and expertise as needed
• Manage Culture & wellness of CTO & CPO teams
• Recruitment support for EA team
Be a Project Manager:
• Proactively support & drive CTO & CPO's & Teams OKRs
• Be deep in detail of CTO & CPO's Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly priorities
• Attend key meetings and track follow-ups and deliverables in partnership with the CPO & CTO.
• Support Large Scale logistical projects
• Organise and plan internal and external events: Product & Eng All-Hands, Team building events, Leadership off-sites, Conferences, etc
• Take ownership of key initiatives, helping the CTO & CPO and their teams reach their highest potential.
• Leading ADHOC projects (for example identifying our extended office space in LA and San Francisco)
What We're Looking For:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in supporting at the VP/C-Level, with Product organization experience preferred
• Strategic thinker & strong judgement
• Super organised, great at multitasking
• Needs to be flexible, as demands change constantly and quickly
• Able to keep calm under pressure & in an ambiguous environment
• Expert prioritisation, attention to detail, and communication skills

The Role:
In this role, you would be responsible for the technical onboarding experience of Linktree's product partners. Our Head of Content is responsible for creating, managing, and supporting all of our content efforts and deliverables across various platforms. As part of the Brand Marketing team, this person will manage various writers, editors, copywriters, content producers, and media specialists, while working cross-functionally with the larger growth, brand marketing, product, social, community and design teams. This person will have an incredible impact on the business, as they are going to oversee all digital content for Linktree, further developing our editorial voice, establishing our thought leadership within the space and ultimately driving conversions. The ideal candidate will come from a strong digital content background, specifically working in an in-house environment to build out a fast-growing SaaS or technology startup business, with a focus on growing audiences. What You Will Do:
Develop and oversee the holistic content strategy for Linktree across all outputs, which... entails blog, audio, and editorial newsletters Build content strategies to grow top of funnel awareness Strategize to build an affinity for the brand with existing users / the community Shape a content calendar that supports brand campaigns, community education and product releases Continually grow, manage, and foster a world class content team, including a roster of freelancers with regional talent Grow our audiences that will ultimately convert users, build brand love, and increase our employer brand Optimize content for reach, relevance, and revenue Work closely with our various teams including but not limited to growth, social, product marketing What We Are Looking For:

years of work experience as a Head of Content, Content Director, Senior Content Strategist, or similar role in a SaaS, technology, editorial, or publishing environment Experience recruiting, managing, and delegating tasks and assignments to both in-house and freelance writers, content producers, and creatives Demonstrable experience in covering social media, digital marketing, and tech-related topics across various platforms In-depth experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics) to evaluate campaign and content performance Strong background in writing, editing, and interpersonal skills
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
