• Producing attractive visuals for the world's leading media
• Creating content for business partners and portals according to the ASAP principle

Maintaining a great level of UX and Design in such a large product is critical, but also extremely difficult. We now have over 25 million active users all over the world, each with their own set of expectations and demands from Sofascore. We're also seeing a steady increase in the number of new users, making it even more critical to provide the best possible initial application experience.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Design and UX Team. In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our new products as well as features for our already existing products, such as the Sofascore mobile application (Android and iOS), Sofascore livescore web, Corporate website, Sofascore Editor, Admin, and others.
What will the Head of Design and UX take care of?
• Leading the Design and UX team, and ensuring team members' development
• Identifying potential for Design and UX improvements on the product
• Further expansion and development of the Design and UX team
• Close collaboration with Product Owners, Data Analysts, Software Developers and Management
• Implementation of processes that improve work efficiency and cooperation
About you:
• At least 3 years of experience in Design and User Research
• At least 3 years of experience in leading a team
• Great experience in agile software development methodologies
• Work proactivity - independently proposing new opportunities for the progress of Design and UX
• Good communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Good mentoring skills - transferring knowledge to teammates
• Strategic thinking
• Knowledge of sports is an advantage - understanding the domain makes it easier to choose the right type of research and make the right decisions
• Background in application product design will be considered as an advantage
