This is a general assignment position that would entail covering breaking and trending news of all types with a production capacity of 5 to 10 stories a week.
This passionate, focused and curious reporter and nimble storyteller will have a passion for digital journalism, jump on trends and breaking news, write quickly on deadline, and occasionally stretch to produce deep-dive profiles, trend pieces and long-term enterprise. The reporter will have to be able to turn around quick enterprise on breaking news stories for publication that day or next morning. Those stories must be inciteful, impactful and bring analysis to our readers off breaking news and do it quickly on deadline. The reporter will be able to produce compelling multimedia assets and social engagement and have strong SEO skills.
The reporter will cultivate an engaging, active and inclusive social-media presence. The reporter will coordinate with our visuals team but should have photo and video skills, and must be comfortable appearing on video.
Occasional weekend and evening hours are required. Must have a positive, collaborative attitude; be flexible and willing to pivot as news demands.
This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the minimum liability insurance required by state law.DUTIES:
Creates content (articles, videos, photos and social media posts) that accurately informs, entertains and engages key audiences and platforms through the use of metrics. Provides thoughtful analysis of complex issues.Works with editors and analysts to evaluate what's working and what's not, and develops ongoing plans to better satisfy audience needs.Collaborates with visuals and production team to provide all appropriate elements for stories (i.e. photos, videos and graphics). P rogram Sr. Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Programs Manager to lead operations and workflows for our Sales Enablement Program. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales, service, and operations teams to establish, refine, and manage ongoing maintenance of all Sales Enablement processes and systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for a rotating set of key programs, taking ownership from initiation to project completion. As the expert liaison for programs and projects, you will work with cross-functional groups across the organization, driving key initiatives and projects while ensuring program success. Your expertise will be focused on supporting internal and external programs, emphasizing efficiency, automation, and friction reduction. You will also play a pivotal role in determining ongoing support for the programs you create.

Responsibilities
• Develop program project plans: Create well-defined project plans based on business requirements, input from subject matter experts, timeline constraints, available resources, and associated deliverables and dependencies.
• Establish supporting documentation: Create comprehensive documentation to guide internal and external partners through all aspects of programs and projects, including clear articulation of business processes and information flows.
• Generate integrated timelines: Utilize your professional experience and deep understanding of the business to create comprehensive, integrated timelines for each project, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
• Determine necessary resources and tools: Identify the resources and tools required to operate efficiently at scale for each program. Take ownership and manage the adopted tools effectively.
• Drive decision-making and results: Use your influential skills to drive decision-making processes and achieve desired outcomes for programs and projects.
• Risk and issue management: Proactively identify and elevate program risks and blockers, and develop effective mitigation plans to minimize their impact.

Qualifications
• 5 to 7 years of experience in sales operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com and familiarity with other sales operations related tools.
• Thorough understanding of day-to-day business operations and escalations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a sales-oriented role.
• Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders to drive results.
• Strong task management skills, with the ability to create and assign tasks across various teams and personnel.
• Experience and proficiency in presenting project overviews and communications to personnel at all levels, including C-Level executives and ground-level employees at scale.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $79,200 and $186,300. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
