Double Eagle is an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract that supports and operates a 24x7x365 command and control facility for the government in Aurora, CO, and other geographically dispersed sites. This position is on the Re-Evaluation Engineering team. The Re-Evaluation Engineering team manages outage statistics, integration of software baselines, facilitation of customer meetings (standing and as needed), optimization of new and existing capabilities, data evaluations, and anomaly support. Re-Evaluation Engineering team is a small integrated group of engineers that support program related functions as well as supporting customer inquiries across the organization.
The successful candidate will act as program spokesperson for all subsystem related issues and leverage tools and scripting to support required analysis. A solid Engineering or technical background is essential. The successful candidate will act as site technical liaison with subsystem principal engineer, program office, and senior program management for all subsystem related activities.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

We are seeking a Space Vehicle (SV) Test Engineer to join the MSP Electrical Test Engineering Team within our Assembly, Test and Launch Operations (ATLO) organization.
Summary of Key Duties for this position:
• Perform as a Test Engineer and Certified Test Conductor (CTC) responsible for safe development and execution of electrical test scripts and test procedures during all Satellite/SV test phases including: Baseline Ambient, Thermal Vacuum, Vibration, EMC/EMI, Final Functional, and Launch Base Operations
• Serve as a Technical Expert for the Payload Test Engineering team
• Work with minimal direction and coordinate plans with Leadership
• Provide On-the-job training (OJT) to new Test Engineers.
• Develop test plans, automated test scripts, procedures, and other documentation used to conduct Radio Frequency (RF) Payload testing
• Perform analysis of RF test results to validate system performance and ensure data meets SV requirements
• Document test anomalies found during test execution and lead troubleshooting consisting of teams of 3-5 people to resolve
• Moderate among the interests of multi-disciplinary groups to synthesize test plans and test procedures
• Must be hands-on and willing to drive execution in a fast paced production operations environment including occasional travel in support of Assembly & Test and Launch Operations

Provide System Integration Test Operation Leadership to Mars Sample Return (MSR) and Deep Space Exploration
. Leads the integration and testing of in-house development and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Responsible for directing / coordinating the efforts of Technicians, Test Engineers, and Subsystem Engineering Support to accomplish assembly and test activities on the MSR spacecraft. Oversees the execution of assembly and test operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Ensures that tasks are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans. Acquires and maintains a thorough understanding of operations schedules and activities to coordinate and de-conflict activities between parallel spacecraft efforts.

• Reviewing, auditing and certifying shop floor manufacturing documentation, technical operations, and test records for compliance to design, FBM program, and contractual requirements.
• Perform conformance and contract verification activities and develop and maintain records in support of sales completion and delivery of missile hardware to the customer.
• Research and analyze data and generate quality reporting metrics, charts and supporting documentation.
• Conduct and coordinate problem solving and coordinates and develop solutions to non-compliance conditions of a system or technical nature.
• Work with various data systems to perform quality analysis tasks.
• Collect and analyze data for technical and engineering investigations to support cable fabrication, electronics package assembly and test, missile assembly, test, and integration, and various support areas.
• Use sound judgment and discretion in completing assignments.
• Attend meetings, lead and participate in team assignments, special projects, and Continuous Improvement events.
• Interact frequently with the customer, and with other functional fields and sites, including both internal and external contacts.
