Graphic Designer needed for modern logo design

We are a health tech startup that needs a logo designed. We are a pretty innovation solution and want our brand to match that – no other company in the world exists to do what we are doing. We want to be seen as deep tech, cutting edge, future-thinking – color palette is meant to feel fresh, personable, yet modern and clean. I tend to be drawn to modern, clean, relatively simple logos that fit easily on digital mediums as well as software design. Once We are a health tech startup that needs a logo designed. Once the project kicks off, I will share our current branding for reference and happy to jump on a call to discuss further and answer any questions. We would be looking for the logo to be finalized in the next 3-4 weeks.

Simple Logo Design

We would like one logo designed. The design is an anchor coming out of the water, including part of the chain, but no boat. The anchor will be being pulled to the right. We'd also like a few water droplets falling from the anchor. We prefer a simple illustration/'cartoon' type image, not a realistic or 3d rendering. See the attached images for a general idea.
