Branch Manager

Under the general direction of the Regional Manager, the Branch Manager performs a variety of management functions relating the operation of our commercial sales office that are important to the success of the company.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all phases of office management, including the recruitment, retention and training of sales associates to build productivity. Including, supervising the sales associates and support staff.
• Provide leadership surrounding the support of affiliated businesses and is responsible for the strong fiscal management of the office profit and loss.
• Responsible for the compliance with Long & Foster Policies and Procedures.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient, profitable and productive operation with a professional office atmosphere; and for assisting associates with sales/performance related problems.

Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have real estate experience and a license consistent with the regulations in the state where the office is located
• Must meet all continuing education requirements necessary to maintain the license
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior supervisory/management experience is preferable as is experience in the location where the office is located.

Assists with a wide variety of graphic design and production projects, using Adobe Creative suite software.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Concepts and designs regional corporate marketing materials that maintain brand standards.
• Participates in Marketing Department meetings for assignment of tasks and to check on the progress of jobs and initial new projects.
• Designs and updates, prepares proofs and final artwork for company forms as assigned, including sales contracts and related forms, sales presentation and inventoried marketing materials.
• Designs and prepares proofs and final artwork for special event flyers, programs and materials for Sales Managers and Director of Development.
• Works with sales associates to design, prepare proofs and final artwork for custom flyers, direct mail, brochures and presentations.
• Works with sales associates to design personal websites.
• Provides marketing support to Region in design and production of custom flyers, brochures and other marketing materials, as well as final artwork for print advertising.
• Communicates with outside vendors for project production.
• Logs billable hours for accurate client and agent billing.
• Provides creative support for special projects as assigned.
• Meets deadlines for project completion.

Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design; Strong team player but also possesses the ability to work quickly and independently when required
• Pre-press print and web production experience
• 2+ years of experience is required in Adobe UX and UI
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft Office in both a PC and Mac environment
• After Effects and Premiere Pro experience preferred
• Adobe Flash and Dreamweaver experience a plus
