We are seeking a QA Intern to join our team from April-August 2024. This individual will work closely with developers, product managers, and user experience designers to help facilitate high-quality production releases.
As a QA Intern, you'll help launch new features and fixes to our product line. You'll be a fully integrated member of a scrum team while having the support of the entire QA team if your workload becomes overwhelming, or if you need a second set of eyes for troubleshooting. • Partner closely with business partners to understand key cost drivers, providing tactical direction in the development and implementation of cost improvement measures across major operational verticals (e.g., Manufacturing Operations, R&D, G&A, Sales & Service, Vehicle direct cost)
• Support the development of the Cost Optimization function.
• Build a team focused on enhancing financial transparency, setting benchmarks, establishing accountability, and managing costs comprehensively to drive strategic initiatives.

• Co-lead business case development, secure stakeholder buy-in, and ensure executive alignment for cost optimization initiatives.
• Develop and communicate a comprehensive cost optimization roadmap, consolidating, analyzing, and reporting on program progress.
• Drive the execution and reporting for the Cost Optimization team.

Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in cost management, budgeting, financial analysis, with at least 5 years of team management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or technical/analytical related field. MBA preferred
• Strong knowledge of cost management processes and cost structures in transportation or large scale industrial industries
• History of driving large scale cost reduction initiatives in complex organizations
• Proven technical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills, with a high level of independent judgment and creativity
• Experience reporting to the C-suite with excellent executive communication and presence
• Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$164,400—$220,000 USD

Government Account Executives (AEs), lead the strategic business growth for new and existing Lucid customers across their assigned territories. This role includes Federal Systems Integrators, U.S. Department of Justice, and the Department of Defense. AEs will interface with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to identify target markets and verticals while directing and participating in outbound prospecting efforts. Post prospect qualification, AEs will work directly with potential and existing customers to create business value across multiple personas, continually working to close sales opportunities. AEs will also work hand-in-hand with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), to ensure renewals, drive expansion, and continual customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and close business in your assigned territory
• Build a territory plan with equal focus on expansion, growth, and net new opportunities
• Foster strong relationships across all target accounts and build new champions through strategic prospecting efforts
• Handle complex negotiations that are mutually beneficial and strengthen customer relationships
• Consult and advise large, strategic customers resulting in increased adoption, success, and enterprise-wide deployments
• Work closely with and provide mentorship to your assigned development rep
• Travel when needed (1-3 weeks a quarter recommended)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of sales experience (as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar role) preferably in SaaS/software
• 2+ years of experience selling into government accounts and Federal Systems Integrators
• Ability to project manage complex sales cycles with internal stakeholders (business development, CSM, solution engineers)
• Knowledge of cloud applications and complex SaaS solutions
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Skilled in prospecting, territory planning, and team-selling
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with RTX, LMCO, SAIC, GDIT, Northrop Grumman, and others system integrators
• Expert user of sales enablement solutions (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
• Detailed knowledge of and passion for SaaS applications
• Strong technical background
• Formal sales training
