We are looking for an Event Coordinator to organize and run our event marketing strategy including trade shows, virtual events, customer conferences, and webinars. In this role you will build comprehensive event marketing plans to support business and marketing goals and drive measurable business results. Youll lead a holistic approach that aligns events with the overall marketing strategy and drives engagement and traffic prior, during. and post-event. This candidate should be comfortable working cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, content, demand gen, engineering, and leadership. They should also be proactive and able to confidently take ideas and run with them.
This role reports to the VP of marketing, works closely with stakeholders across the organization, and will play a key role in enhancing our brand and supporting business goals. **Responsibilities**
• Develop an annual events plan that aligns with the Lucidpress go-to-market strategy
• Plan and execute internal and external events from start to finish
• Lead the project management in support of event logistics and planning, including managing show organizers, partners, speakers, contracted resources/vendors, and venues
• Coordinate marketing efforts in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
• Arrange and manage staff resources to effectively execute events
• Collaborate with creative teams on design, marketing assets, interactive and video display
• Handle event registrations, invitations, promotional giveaways, event surveys, budget tracking as well as analysis, tracking and reporting on event ROI
• Manage on-site and virtual event activities during the event, actively problem-solving as needs or challenges arise
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure the timely and successful followup with event leads
• Prepare budgets and adhere to expenditure parameters
• Track, analyze, and report on event outcomes and ROI against established objectives and metrics
• *Qualifications**
• 2+ years experience planning, executing, and reporting on B2B events
• Experience developing and executing event plans for in-person and digital events
• Experience managing multiple vendors to execute events including exhibit agencies, trade show organizers, and agencies
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and partners
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, planning, and project management skills
• Collaborative problem-solving ability
• Willingness to travel to support event needs
