The Role
• Designs, revises, and updates marketing materials such as web and social ads, email graphics, infographics, presentations, websites, blogs, print materials, merch, and trade show displays according to sales, customer success, and marketing objectives.
• Ability to stay organized and utilize project & asset management systems, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.
• Maintain and elevate the brand aesthetic across all digital touch-points.
• Ability to create and navigate design workflows using templates and software that make efficient asset creation.
• Create, host, and manage website content using multiple systems.
Qualifications:
• 2 years of graphic design experience with a solid understanding of brand identity systems and their application.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud tools; Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign in both print and digital output.
• Determined attention to detail, especially at a fast pace.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Advanced knowledge of design principles including typography, composition, imagery, illustrations, etc.
• Collaborative attitude and the ability to take creative direction and criticism. Desirable: (but not required)
• Experience using UI/UX tools (Figma is preferable).
• Experience using content management systems (Contentful is preferable).
