A customer service agent is responsible for assisting customers with questions and resolving problems while upholding the Company's brand standards including communication and conduct. An agent will accept inbound contact and make outbound contact for the customer's needs using their knowledge of products, policies, and resolution skills. An agent not only addresses their needs but listens and builds relationships with customers for the best service possible and customer retention. Full-time hours. Hourly Rate - $16.25

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 8: 00 am-5:30 pm (with weekend flexibility if needed).

What You'll Do
• Answer customer questions and assist them with order placement and site navigation through phone, chat, and email

The Safety Specialist is a strategic partner and champion of all health and safety programs company-wide. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with Lulus' health, safety, and risk management policies and procedures, ensuring all system elements meet or exceed applicable federal, state, and local OSHA/EPA regulations. What You'll Do
• Develop and implement Lulus Loss Prevention and Safety training system policies and procedures, ensuring all program elements meet or exceed applicable federal, state, and local OSHA/EPA regulations Ensure compliance with Lulus HSE policies and procedures through routine, comprehensive, and collaborative auditing, verification, and validating activities.

Job Summary

The Photo Shoot Producer will be an integral part of the creative team working directly with the Creative Director and Art Director to produce high quality productions and experiences that are consistent with Lulus’ brand vision and identity. This role demands a skilled, and highly organized producer with prior fashion production and on set experience. Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily activities of one or more operational units. They are required to maintain workflow, staffing, and scheduling to achieve targeted operational and financial results. As a Seasonal Returns Team Member, you will be handling the returns that come into the warehouse. Opening packages or folding clothes as the workflow demands, quality checking the items to ensure the best product goes back out to the customers. Under the advisement of the leadership team, you will make sure the workflow of the day is completed.

What You'll Do

Opening: Upon opening a return your responsibilities include:
• Make sure all items in the returned package are being initiated.
• Quality Check the items returned, making sure damaged items were not sent back by the customer.
• Read notes left by other departments to know the proper procedure to follow.

Folding:
• Doing a deeper quality check to ensure that damages do not go back out to the floor.
• Folding items in an orderly fashion to present to the customer.

Replenishment:
• Stacking desks with the products for the openers to open and the folders to fold.
• Keeping the floor clean, trash emptied when necessary, and tally counts accurate.
• Additional miscellaneous tasks the leadership team needs to be done to complete the day's work.

Additional Primary Responsibilities:
• Keeping your station clean and orderly. Checking emails for daily huddles and updates.

The Social Media Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Lulus social and marketing teams across all current and future social media accounts to support social growth, content creation, copywriting & strategy. Reporting into the Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll be proactive in bringing social-first ideas to the forefront that align to the broader marketing strategy, while educating and engaging the Lulus’ community. This is an ideal role for someone who is strategic, collaborative, passionate about social media and excited to help craft and execute Lulus’ social strategy.

What You’ll Do
• Support the Social Media team with daily operations including, but not limited to, social planning and copy, community engagement, reporting and more across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts/emerging social media platforms
• Assist in managing overarching social media strategy and execution by brainstorming, pitching and conceptualizing original content ideas and social franchises for social media platforms
• Enhance best practices and meet brand social KPIs by tracking and reporting on trends and cultural moments, pitching ideas to keep our social channels relevant to the Internet landscape and our customer’s mindset

• Closely analyze results to inform the team of noticed trends, successes, and opportunities
• Post-campaign analysis recaps and ownership of always-on-channel documents including monthly, quarterly decks and contribution to cross-functional social team documents
• Communicate with social audiences to build connections, resolve customer service issues, educate consumers on product assortment
• Heavily monitor channels for issues management, customer sentiment, and escalate any consumer concerns to appropriate team members
• Partner with customer service to ensure comments/questions are responded to within 24 hours
• Additional duties as assigned by the Lulus marketing team

What You’ll Need
• 1-2 years of social media experience with key social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
• Familiarity with the Lulus brand, brand voice, and Lulus customer-first Lulus approach.
• Passionate about the fashion industry and in tune with Gen Z culture
• Strong writing and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of best practices and content types for social platforms, including trend activation
