Establish and maintain robust machine learning pipelines and agent system frameworks, ensuring seamless transition from development to deployment and operations.
Engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality of code and adherence to best practices in machine learning, agent system development, and software engineering.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, LLMs, agent and multi-agent systems, and incorporate innovative methodologies and technologies to enhance Ankura’s projects.
Represent Ankura in external technical forums, communities, and conferences, showcasing the company’s expertise in LLMs and agent system development, and contributing to the broader AI and ML community.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineering, data engineering, and product management to ensure successful project delivery, implementation, and integration of LLM and agent system solutions.
Contribute to the preparation and delivery of technical presentations, white papers, and case studies to internal and external stakeholders, showcasing Ankura’s capabilities in LLM and agent system development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or Software Engineering is required.
Certifications in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or relevant technologies are a plus.
Skills:
Computer Science:
Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, Operating Systems principles, Computer Networks and Protocols, and Database Management (SQL & NoSQL).
Familiarity with Cybersecurity principles.
Mathematics:
Proficiency in Linear Algebra, Calculus (Differential and Integral), Probability and Statistics, Discrete Mathematics, and Numerical Methods.
Machine Learning:
Extensive knowledge of Deep Learning Algorithms, Supervised and Unsupervised Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Model Evaluation and Optimization (e.g., cross-validation, grid search), and Feature Engineering and Preprocessing.
Software Engineering:

Glassdoor reviews The Role As an E-Learning Developer at Sojern you will be responsible for designing... developing and implementing online learning at Sojern This includes translating business needs into E-learning courses to support onboarding amp ongoing training using our course authoring tools amp learning management software This role will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand learner needs translate this into clear learning objectives and build effective e-learning content You will partner with product marketing marketing and sales leaders to support our go-to-market strategies and drive business results Responsibilities Supports the development and implementation of E-Learning strategies plans and processes for global sales and customer success teams Conducts needs assessments with cross-functional stakeholders to determine training goals objectives amp outcomes Creates interactive online courses to achieve key learning objectives amp support business KPIs Develops and maintains online learning courses amp paths across roles to ensure teams are provided with effective onboarding amp ongoing training support Evaluates training effectiveness post-launch to support business objectives Globally adapts E-Learning to regional needs Project Management for newexisting E-Learning Project Development Comfortable delivering instructor-led training as needed Participates in special projects as required What you bring to the table A minimum 3-5 years of E-Learning development experience required with E-Learning development tools including using Articulate 360Storyline required and Camtasia preferred Experience creating engaging online training content eg video content animations infographics for sales teams and managing content within a learning management system Experience supporting onboarding amp ongoing training across global teams Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to understand learner needs and align on learning objectives Experience facilitating online as well as in-person training sessions preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment 1 2 years of project management experience preferred Must have excellent writing skills and attention to detail Bachelors degree required in communication education or instructional design preferred Perks Flexi-Fridays No internal
